The 2024 USA Cycling TT, Criterium, and Road Race National Championships visited Charleston, WV for the first time this past weekend. Top American, World Tour Racers Sean Quinn, Neilson Powless (EF Education-Easy Post) and Brandon McNulty (UAE Team Emirates) were on-hand before they head over the pond for a little race in France later this summer. Our team's status as a USA Cycling Domestic Elite Team permits our teammates the opportunity to race against the very best American cyclists. We are so proud that not only did our team extend our streak of participation in event, but especially proud that our athletes were throwing punches out there and not just participating, but competing.

Sean Guydish (Easton) became our 2nd ever top-15 finisher at the Pro Men's Criterium National Championship at 12th-overall (Colin Fitzgerald finished 11th in 2023). This was a brutal twilight race in downtown Charleston. The guys described the race as super-fast especially considering that the torrential downpour only made the streets darker. Of 100 racers who took the start line, just about 40 survived to the finish. Super-proud of Colin Fitzgerald (East Falls, Philadelphia) and Brad Green (Schwenksville) for being in that elite company. Sam Smith (Doylestown) finished 10th in the Men's "Under-the-Age of 23" or U23 Men's Criterium National Championship and 14th in the Men's U23 Road Race National Championship. Brad Green finished 36th in the Pro Men's Road Race and dominated the camera on the Flobikes livestream of the race. Julianna Rutecki (West Chester) competed in the combined Pro/U23 Women's Criterium National Championship finishing 18th in the U23 category. Humble brag: My math says that our guys were the highest finishers in those races who aren't on professional, salaried teams/rosters. Prove me wrong.
