In 2017, the Borough of Doylestown, the Bike Doylestown Committee, and community volunteers built the Doylestown Family Pump Track. The track provides an appropriate facility for off-road bicyclists and is just one feature that has made Doylestown a League of American Bicyclists - Bicycle Friendly Community. To say that the Pump Track has been well-received would be an understatement. The track is used heavily by Doylestown residents and cyclists drawn from the region. The dirt track sees so much use that the time has come to rebuild and pave it, so that people can enjoy it for many years. At Bike Works, we believe that introducing kids to cycling in safe environments encourages them towards a lifelong love of movement and exercise.
