Colin grew up mere miles from the world-famous Valley Preferred Cycling Center Velodrome in Trexlertown, Pennsylvania. He grew up watching and racing against past and future Olympians on the track. He is a veteran of the CS Velo program. Colin always seeks the biggest races against the best national talent. He finished 16th at the 2023 USA Cycling Pro Criterium National Championships and was our first top-ten finisher at the hometown 2023 Bucks County Classic Thompson Pro Men's Race. He improved to 9th at the 2024 edition of the Bucks County Classic.

Connor resides in Reading, PA, and is a Penn State alumnus. He joined our program in 2019. In 2022, he participated in a racing academy in Girona, Spain. He won the 2021 Wilmington Grand Prix Amateur Men's Race. In 2023, he won the Reading Bicycle Race and finished 3rd at the Conshohocken Criterium in 2024. He is known for being the consummate teammate and doing the hard work needed to get our team to the podium.

Sean is a resident of Easton, PA. He began racing in 2016 and is a veteran of the Kelly Benefit Strategies and Aevolo programs. He finished 2nd in the 2021 Bucks County Classic Thompson Pro Men's Race and 2nd in Stage 4 of the UCI Walmart Joe Martin's Stage Race (Fayetteville, AR). He joined our team in 2024 and finished 12th at the USA Cycling Pro Criterium National Championships (Morgantown, WV), and raced for our team in Belgium in July. Sometimes Sean will suddenly appear in a triathlon, and this past year he competed in the Eagle Man half Ironman triathlon. Sean's veteran experience makes him a leader by example on our team.

Brad Green (Schwenksville, PA) joined our elite team in 2024. Brad is a veteran road and track racer who also competes with the international UCI Star Track Cycling program. Brad is a powerful sprinter who can also excel in endurance road and track events. This year, Brad had impressive results, including podiums at the Smoketown Criterium and competing at the 2024 USA Cycling Pro Road & Criterium National Championships (Morgantown, WV), USA Cycling Elite Track National Championships (Los Angeles, CA), and raced for our program in Belgium mid-summer. Brad finished 7th at the 2024 Bucks County Classic Thompson Pro Men's Race, the best result for our program at the hometown race.

Andy resides in the Lehigh Valley in a 1860s farmhouse. He grew up mountain biking with his dad in the Delaware Water Gap. After racing collegiately for Penn State University, he earned his Category 1 road racing license in 2018. Andy's notable results include: 1st 2018 Smoketown Airport Crit; 2018 PCA Elite Men Rider of the Year; 2018 PA BAR Category 2 Champion; 2019 Pro Pedal Series Overall Winner; several Elite podiums in PA BAR Criteriums; 1st 2019 Reading Radsport Fixed Gear Hill Climb; 1st 2019 Electric City Fixed Gear Hill Climb, and the inaugural 2024 Chocolate City Fixed Gear Criterium. He is a fixture in the men's elite track field at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center and the 5th Street Cross Series in Emmaus, PA.

Chris Meacham (Perkasie, PA) is an alum of Central Bucks South High School and Appalachian State University. He raced collegiately for Lees-McRae University, competed in the BRL program at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center, and raced professionally for the Airgas, Pushworks, and Finish Strong programs. While with Airgas, he served as a domestique for 2013 Vuelta a España champion Chris Horner, including at the Philadelphia International Criterium (Manayunk, PA). His results with our program include a win at the 2017 Historic Riverton Criterium; performances at the Leadville 100 Mountain Bike Race “Race Across the Sky” in 2021 (9:14) and 2023 (8:46); and podium finishes at the National Clustered Spires High Wheel Race (Frederick, MD), placing 1st in 2023, 2nd in 2024, and 1st in 2025. Chris returned to racing with our road program for the 2025 season and plans to continue competing in criteriums with the team in 2026. He also represents BMC in road and gravel events.

Noah Shumskas (Pipersville, PA) comes from cycling royalty. His sister Danielle won a national championship in our jersey, and his sister Paige was the first woman to represent our team at the Bucks County Classic in 2017. Noah races on the UCI Star Track Cycling program. 

A veteran of the Cumberland Valley Collective, Andy grew up in Lebanon County, PA, and currently resides in Philadelphia, PA. He was the 2025 PA State Criterium Champion, was 2nd overall at the 2025 Tour of Newport News, and won the 2023 Hummelstown Criterium. Andy enjoys traveling with the team to seek out challenging national-level criteriums in the US and kermesses in Belgium. In his spare time, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Dirtbags, who take part in cross-state bikepacking journeys showcasing the epic riding, unique culture, and stunning natural beauty of the state.

Alec Smith (Denver, PA) started road riding at fourteen, and it quickly became his favorite hobby. Alec competed collegiately at the Pennsylvania State University. A highlight was winning the CAT 3 Sprinter's Jersey at the Green Mountain Stage Race in Vermont. Alec won the CAT 2/3 Aubrey Gordon Memorial Criterium and took 2nd at the Bucks County Classic Men's Amateur Race in 2025. He is a veteran of the Keystone Racing Team, competing in his first year in the elite category. 

Ian Witkowski (Elizabethtown, PA) returns to bike racing after moonlighting as a bikepacker and ultra-endurance rider for the past few years. He's excited about riding shorter distances and riding quite a bit faster. He spent the summer of 2025 in Taiwan, where he was studying at a Mandarin language school. He even visited Giant Group HQ with teammate Connor Thompson. We know we'll see Ian at the pointy end of races this season.

Mia Deye (Geigerstown, PA) is a student at Colorado Mesa University. She is a veteran of the UCI Star Track program. Mia won the 2025 Easton Criterium Amateur Women's Race. Mia will compete on the track in Europe this summer and return to the United States in time to race her first 2025 Bucks County Classic Penn Medicine Doylestown Health Pro Women's Race. 

Danii Van Niekirk (Johannesburg, South Africa) is a track specialist. In 2025, she competed at the South African Elite Track Cycling National Championships, earning 5 silver medals. She finished 3rd at the 2025 Madison Cup. Danii has the 2026 South African National Championships, the African Continental Track Championships, and the Commonwealth Games in her 2026 plans. She returns to us this summer with a focus on Friday night racing at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center, and even dipping into some criterium races. 

Dan Turner (Ottsville, PA) has been a partner at Bike Works, LLC since 2011, with retail locations in Doylestown and Newtown (Bucks County), PA. He is the shop manager of our Newtown location and a certified professional race mechanic with USA Cycling and the Union Cycliste International (UCI). Dan began his bike shop career in Boston and wrenched professionally with the CCB Educational Foundation program. Dan has supported our team at events, including the 2022 Wilmington Whiteface Mountain Bike Race, the 2021 and 2023 Leadville 100 Mountain Bike Races, the 2023 Tour of Tobago, and every Bucks County Classic since 2012. Dan has completed six National Clustered Spires High Wheel Races (Frederick, MD) since 2013 and made the finals of the 2024 race.

Brian Boger (Doylestown) is a partner at Bike Works, LLC, with bicycle retail locations in Doylestown and Newtown (Bucks County, PA). He is an alum of William Tennent Sr. HS, Penn State University, and the Univesity of Nevada-Reno. Brian is the CEO of the Delaware Valley Racing Team, a tax-exempt corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization. We support the Bike Works p/b Fred Beans Club and USA Cycling Domestic Elite Teams. Brian recently retired from a 34-year, award-winning career in juvenile justice. He currently serves on the board of Transit Management Agency Bucks (TMA Bucks) and Discover Doylestown. Let's Race All the Bikes.
